
Year in Review
Lots of companies send emails at the end of the year. Our challenge: Do something that breaks through the noise (and the New Year's resolutions). How could we leverage all the stats from our app to give Lyft passengers an email that our passengers truly loved? After lots of brainstorming with stakeholders and my design partner, we created the most successful email we'd ever sent — with a 32% open rate and 3% CTR.
